As an occupational therapist, I provide cognitive functional assessments and family education in daily living skills.

I worked for 13 years in geriatric occupational therapy in long term care, home health care, and activities programming. My research combines occupational therapy practice models with family theory in the development of family-centered approaches to care with the elderly and their families.

I am married and the mother of four young adults.
